Ryan Kent

Ryan is a husband, father of two, former HYROX North American Champion, and 2022 HYROX World Championship Elite 15 runner-up. A lifelong runner with more than three decades in endurance sports, he brings everything he has learned physically and mentally into the athletes he coaches. While he remains one of the top HYROX athletes in the world, helping others reach their true potential is what he finds most rewarding.

Colin Stiefer is an experienced coach, gym owner, and Elite 15 competitor who combines high-level race experience with a passion for helping athletes unlock their full potential. Driven by the belief that "fitness is for everybody and every body," Colin has spent the last eight years coaching athletes ranging from 13 to 72 years old. His coaching is rooted in experience, connection, and helping athletes build strength, confidence, and performance that goes beyond race day.

FAQ.

How is training delivered?+

All programming is delivered through Strivee. Every session includes pacing targets, recovery guidelines, sets, reps, distances, and workout intent so execution is clear and easy to follow. You'll also log workouts, track progress, and communicate with coaches directly through the platform.

Is RKP right for beginners?+

Yes, as long as you're willing to show up and do the work. We coach commitment, not credentials. If you're willing to learn, stay consistent, and embrace the process, you'll fit right in.

What equipment do I need?+

Ideally, you'd have access to the equipment used in HYROX. That said, we can absolutely work around just about anything and help modify sessions based on what you have available.

What if I miss a workout?+

A missed workout here and there won't make or break your progress. If you miss a session, just let us know. We'll help you adjust and keep moving forward.

How is this different from a program you buy online?+

A program gives you workouts. Coaching gives you guidance, feedback, and support. At RKP, you're not left to figure things out on your own. We can adjust training as needed and help you navigate the challenges that come with training, racing, and everyday life. And it's not just about the coaching. You'll be part of a team of athletes who push each other, share experiences, and help keep one another accountable along the way.

Do I need to live in a specific city?+

No. RKP is a remote coaching team with athletes spread across the country and beyond. While we train in different locations, we regularly connect on race weekends and at team training camps throughout the year. That's when the online team becomes a real-life community.

How long is the commitment?+

Month-to-month, with 6-month and 1-year options also available. Meaningful progress takes time. If you're looking for a quick fix, RKP probably isn't the right fit. But if you're committed to the process, we'll help you maximize your potential and continue improving year after year.
